Christmas services and events
In Maldon, kids will love the Christmas Tree Festival and Christingle (note that this year the Christingle is at the new time of 10am).
Also NEW this year is Campfire Carols – with smores and carol singing round the campfire, hot chocolate, and crafts. This is going to be loads of fun for school age kids.
Carols in the Barn in Heybridge Basin promises to be full of life and merriment.
Join us at Carols by Candlelight at St Giles Langford to start Christmas properly with a traditional service of lessons and carols in an ancient village church.
On Christmas Eve, our Creative Crib Party at St Andrew Heybridge is perfect for under 7s but all ages are welcome.
At All Saints Maldon, little ones will love the wonder of the Crib Service on Christmas Eve and teenagers enjoy the Service of Light at 5pm on Christmas Eve. Then our Christmas Day service is the perfect way for young and old to grasp the real meaning of Christmas.
